摘 要:许多临床和实验研究运用听力学相关测试证实有肾病表现的人多存在着不同程度的听力减退,两者之间存在密切的关系。肾与耳在超微结构、免疫学反应、药物学反应等诸多方面的相似特点为肾病患者的听力损失提供阐释。本文通过探讨慢性肾功能衰竭、Alport综合征等常见肾功能方面疾病的听力学临床表现和特点,展现不同肾病听力学特征的最新研究成果,进而探索肾病患者在高频感音性听力损失方面的共同特点与原因;深入探讨肾脏与耳的关系,为进一步的研究打下基础。Many audiometry-based clinical and experimental studies have proved that people with nephropathy manifestations mostly have different degrees of hearing loss,and there is a close relationship between the two.The similarities between the kidney and the ear in many aspects such as ultra microstructure,immunological response,and pharmacological response provide elucidation for the hearing loss in patients with nephropathy.This paper intends to demonstrate that the latest study achievements in the audiological characteristics of different nephropathies through discussing the audiology-related clinical manifestations and characteristics in chronic renal failure,Alport syndrome and other common nephropathies,and then explore the common characteristics and causes of highfrequency sensorineural hearing loss in patients with nephropathy.Besides,it also aims to explore the relationship between the kidney and the ear in depth to lay the foundation for further scientific research.
