佛山市健康体检人群EB病毒抗体检测阳性结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析体检人群中EB病毒感染情况,为开展鼻咽癌(NPC)的早期筛查提供科学的支持。方法回顾性分析2020年1月1日至12月31日南方医科大学顺德医院健康管理中心的21672例健康体检者的EB病毒抗体两项结果,分析EB病毒衣壳抗体IgA(VCA-IgA)、EB病毒核心抗体IgA(NA1-IgA)检测结果,并采用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析。结果在健康体检人群中,VCA-IgA抗体阳性率为1.86%,NA1-IgA抗体阳性率为2.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);以性别分组,NA1-IgA抗体阳性率男性高于女性(P<0.01);以年龄分组,抗体阳性率随年龄增长而升高,其中VCA-IgA在61~80岁年龄组阳性率最高,NA1-IgA在≥81岁年龄组阳性率最高。NPC患病风险概率在40岁以上人群呈随年龄增长而升高的趋势。结论两种EBV抗体的阳性率与性别、年龄有关,40岁以上人群应作为重点筛查对象。Objective To analyze the Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)infection situation in health check-up population,so as to provide scientific support for the implementation of early screening of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Methods The results of two EBV antibody tests including EBV capsid antibodyimmunoglobulin A(VCA-IgA)and EBV nuclear antibody type 1-IgA(NA1-IgA)in 21672 health check-up persons at the Health Management Center of Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University from January 1 to December 31,2020,were retrospectively analyzed,and statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 25.0 software.Results In the health check-up population,the positive rate was 1.86%for VCA-IgA and 2.69% for NA1-IgA,with statistically significant differences between the two tests(P<0.01).The positive rate of NA1-IgA in men was higher than that in women(P<0.01).The positive rate of the two EBV antibodies increased with age,among which VCA-IgA was highest in the age group of 61-80 years old,and NA1-IgA was highest in the age group of≥81 years old.The risk probability of NPC in people over 40 years old increased with age.Conclusion The positive rate of the two EBV antibodies is correlated with gender and age,and persons over 40 years of age should be specially screened.
