海绵城市建设新思路——导渗的应用

摘　　要：运用海绵城市建设的一些基本理论和方法,将雨水尽可能就地消纳利用,来降低雨水冲击,从而建设环境友好的水弹性生态城市,是近十年来全国各个城市努力的目标。海绵城市建设的六字方针是“渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排”,其中的第一步便是“渗”,也是最为关键的一步。但是随着各地海绵城市建设的开展,发现了很多的困难,很多场合无法实现下渗,也就难以实现海绵城市的其它方法。尝试用管道导渗的方法来解决一些原本不适宜雨水直接下渗区域的海绵建设,为海绵城市建设提供新的思路和方法。Using some basic theories and methods of sponge city construction,the rainwater is consumed and utilized as much as possible to reduce the impact of rainwater,so as to build an environmentally friendly water elastic ecological city,which is the goal of cities across the country in the past decade.The six-character policy of sponge city construction is"infiltration,stagnation,storage,net,use,and discharge",the first step of which is"infiltration",which is also the most critical step.However,with the development of sponge city construction in various places,many difficulties have been found,and many occasions cannot achieve the first step of infiltration,and it is difficult to achieve other methods of sponge city.This paper attempts to use the method of pipeline infiltration to solve the construction of some sponges that are not suitable for direct infiltration of rainwater,and provide new ideas and methods for the construction of sponge cities.
