摘  要:重型货车的轻量化车轮铝合金支撑盘常规的热模锻工艺方案存在着成形力大、材料利用率差、模具寿命低、能耗高等不足,为此,本文提出该铝合金支撑盘半固态成型新工艺方案。依据该铝合金支撑盘零件图,通过分析后制订出合理的锻件图,进一步确定出该铝合金支撑盘半固态模锻合理的工艺流程技术方案。通过商用数值模拟Deform软件平台进行半固态模锻成型过程的模拟,采用正交试验的方法,研究了不同工艺参数下对铝合金支撑盘成型的影响,获得了铝合金支撑盘件的半固态模锻成型变形规律,得到了半固态模锻变形过程中的数据结果,从而确定最佳半固态模锻工艺参数。对比铝合金支撑盘常规的热模锻工艺,半固态新工艺成形力仅为传统热模锻的1/14,且成型形状更接近与零件形状,可大大减少后续切削加工余量,材料利用率大幅度提升,生产效率高。The conventional hot die forging process scheme of lightweight wheel aluminum alloy support plate of heavy truck has the disadvantages of large forming force,poor material utilization,low die life and high energy consumption.Therefore,a new semi-solid forming process scheme of aluminum alloy support plate is proposed in this paper.According to the part drawing of the aluminum alloy support plate,a reasonable forging drawing is formulated after analysis,and the reasonable technological process and technical scheme of semi-solid die forging of the aluminum alloy support plate is further determined.The semi-solid die forging process is simulated by commercial numerical simulation Deform software platform.The influence of different process parameters on the forming of aluminum alloy support disk is studied by orthogonal test method.The semi-solid die forging deformation law of aluminum alloy support disk is obtained,and the data results in the semi-solid die forging deformation process are obtained,So as to determine the best semi-solid die forging process parameters.Compared with the conventional hot die forging process of aluminum alloy support plate,the forming force of the new semi-solid process is only 1/14 of that of the traditional process,and the forming shape is closer to the part shape,which can greatly reduce the subsequent cut-ting allowance,greatly improve the material utilizati-on and high pr-oduction efficiency.
