摘　　要：鉴于国内高端铝合金中厚板生产线配套的精密锯床均从国外引进,中国重型机械研究院股份公司研发了国内首条全自动305 mm铝合金板材锯切生产线。该生产线采用全自动精密锯切保证锯切板材的高精度高质量;同时每个锯头配套独立的吸屑除尘系统,提高了锯切铝粉尘收集量;压块机对铝屑进行破碎后两级压制并动态调整铝屑送进量,实现了恒尺寸高密度铝屑压块。该机组投产后使用效果显著,可以为类似设备的开发提供参考。In view of the fact that the precision sawing machines supporting the domestic high-end aluminum alloy medium and heavy plate production line are all imported from abroad,China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.has developed the first fully automatic 305 mm aluminum alloy plate sawing production line in China.The production line adopts automatic precision sawing to ensure the high precision and high quality of the sawing plate.At the same time,each saw head is equipped with an independent chip suction and dust removal system,which increases the amount of sawing aluminum dust collected.The briquetting machine crushes the aluminum scraps and then presses them in two stages and dynamically adjusts the feeding amount of the aluminum scraps to achieve constant size and high density aluminum scrap block.After the unit is put into production,the use effect is remarkable,which can provide a reference for the development of similar equipment.
