摘  要:载货汽车纵梁是车架的重要承载元件,其质量影响车架的传动能力、总成质量和安全性。汽车纵梁分为直截面和变截面两大类,在现有实际生产及研究中,纵梁的制造工艺主要包括冲压成形和辊压成形。本文对汽车纵梁现有成形工艺进行原理、变形特点的研究现状、成形设备等方面进行了探讨,通过对比得出辊压成形柔性化程度更高,更适合多品种、少批量、多批次的纵梁生产,也成为当前纵梁成形工艺的发展趋势。The truck beam is an important load-bearing element of the automobile frame and its quality affects the transmission capacity,assembly quality and safety of the frame.In the existing practical production and research,the manufacturing processed of truck beam mainly include stamping and roll forming.In this paper,the existing forming processes of truck beam are discussed in terms of principle,deformation characteristics of the blank in current research and forming equipment,etc.Through comparison,it is concluded that roll forming is more flexible and more suitable for the production of truck beam with many varieties,less lots and more batches,which also becomes the current development trend of truck beam manufacturing.
