摘 要:该试验以高炉矿渣粉、钛铁矿粉、TiO_(2)粉、炭黑和硅灰为原料,氢氧化钠溶液为激发剂,制备了多相复合导电材料。对复合导电材料进行了电镜扫描分析发现钛铁矿-复合导电材料在合成过程中产生了大块的凝胶相。TiO_(2)-复合导电材料的晶相以小块颗粒片层结构为主,通过材料的X衍射图分析发现TiO_(2)-复合导电材料出现了多处的钙钛矿相。试验用四电极法测量了TiO_(2)-复合导电材料复合材料和钛铁矿-复合导电材料的电导率,得出多相复合导电体系相对于单相导电体系的电导率明显增强,相对钛铁矿-复合导电材料,TiO_(2)-复合导电材料的导电率相对较大。试验主要研究各导电填充料协同作用下复合材料的导电性能及相态组成,以期开发出以工业废弃物为原料的新型光电转化材料。In this experiment,the multiphase composite conductive material was prepared with blast furnace slag powder,ilmenite powder,titanium dioxide powder,carbon black and silica fume as raw materials,and sodium hydroxide solution as the activator.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to analyze the composite conductive material.It was found that large gel phases were formed during the synthesis of ilmenite and composite conductive material.The crystal phase of the composite conductive material is mainly composed of small particles and lamellar structure.Through the X-ray diffraction analysis of the material,it is found that the composite conductive material has multiple perovskite phases.The conductivity of composite conductive material and ilmenite-composite conductive material was measured by the four-electrode method.It was found that the conductivity of the multi-phase composite conductive system was significantly enhanced compared with the single-phase conductive system,and the conductivity of composite conductive material was relatively larger than that of ilmenite-composite conductive material.This experiment mainly studies the conductive properties and related mechanism of composite materials under the synergistic effect of various conductive fillers,in order to develop a new photoelectric conversion material using industrial waste as raw material.
