摘  要:针对二次冷轧基板表面存在的点锈及点状污迹缺陷,分析了退火不平整生产工艺及其存在的缺点。在此基础上,通过对二次冷轧基板湿平整生产工艺技术进行研究,对退火后带钢采用轻压下湿平整方式,提高了二次冷轧基板表面耐腐蚀性,同时,结合带钢表面质量分析了淬水槽脱盐水杂质成分及来源,通过对淬水槽喷淋系统改造,改善了连续退火炉淬水槽水质情况,进一步提高了带钢表面的清洁度,解决了二次冷轧基板表面黑色污迹缺陷。将本文技术应用于生产实践,有效的提高了二次冷轧基板的表面质量,实现批量稳定供货。Aiming at the defects of spot rust and spot stain on the surface of the double cold-rolled substrate,this article analyzed the annealing unevenness production process and its shortcomings.On the basis,the wet flattening technology of the double cold-rolled substrate was researched in the production.In further,the light reduction wet flattening method was adopted for the annealed strip,which improved the corrosion resistance of the double cold-rolled substrate surface.At the same time,it was combined wet flattening technology with the surface quality of strip and analyzed the composition and source of desalinated water’s impurities in the quenching tank.Through the retrofit of the quenching tank spray system,it was improved that the water quality in the continuous annealing furnace quenching tan.On the basis,the cleanliness of the strip surface was improved,and the black smudge defects of the double cold-rolled substrate surface was solved.The application of the related technology in production effectively improved the surface quality of the double cold-rolled substrate and realized stable supply in batches.
