摘  要:在连铸生产过程中,扇形段的对弧精度不仅会影响铸坯的尺寸精度,还可能会出现漏钢现象,造成安全事故。因此,提高扇形段的对弧精度显得尤为重要。扇形段对中台作为扇形段的检修调弧设备,决定着扇形段的对弧精度。本文通过对其进行设计分析及结构优化,通过设置不同的基准垫块,设计双层滑动环并配合相应轴向定位销的锁紧型式,配合相应的线外弧形对弧样板对扇形段进行调弧对中作业。不仅解决了异型坯连铸扇形段对中台存在的问题,还能达到四种不同规格及断面形状的异型坯&双流板坯扇形段在一台对中台上进行调弧作业的目的。In the process of continuous casting,the arc accuracy of the sector segment will not only affect the accuracy of the billet,but also may appear steel leakage phenomenon,resulting in safety accidents.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the arc accuracy of the sector segment.As the maintenance and adjustment equipment of the sector section,the center platform of the sector determines the accuracy of the sector section.In this paper,through the design analysis and structural optimization,by setting different datum pad,and the design of double sliding ring and with the corresponding axial positioning pin locking type,with the corresponding external arc arc sample of the fan-shaped section of the arc alignment operation.It can not only solve the problem of continuous casting segment of special-shaped slab on the central platform,but also achieve the purpose of arc adjustment operation of four special-shaped slab segment with different specifications and section shapes on the central platform.
