摘　　要：移盖机是炼铁高炉炉前主要设备之一。本文针对宝钢2号大修高炉采用的回转式移盖机从设备布置方案、设备结构、设备特性和设计特点等方面进行了介绍。该移盖机在提升结构上采用了油缸直推驱动式提升设计,整体结构紧凑、驱动机构简单、构件强度高;回转装置采用双液压马达独立驱动结构,使用可靠性高;并且在提升和回转机械结构以及液压系统设计中设置了多重保护装置,增强检修维护的安全性,使设备在高温、多粉尘及渣铁喷溅的环境下整体工作性能稳定,运行可靠性高。Cover manipulator is the main equipment for blast furnace.This paper introduces the equipment layout scheme,equipment structure,equipment characteristics and design characteristics of the swiveling cover manipulator used in No.2 overhauled blast furnace of Baosteel.The lifting structure of the cover manipulator adopts cylinder direct push driving design,which is compact overall structure,simple driving mechanism and high component strength.The rotary device adopts double hydraulic motor independent drive structure to high reliability.In addition,the multiple protection devices are set up in the lifting and rotating mechanical structure and hydraulic system to enhance the safety of maintenance,so that the equipment has stable performance and high reliability under the environment of high temperature,dust and slag splashing.
