列宁“政治遗嘱”中的社会主义现代化建设战略审思

摘　　要：如何实现社会主义现代化是列宁执政后一直思考的问题。在其生命最后岁月口授的“政治遗嘱”中,列宁对社会主义现代化的战略发表了许多真知灼见。列宁在继承马克思恩格斯的现代化理论基础上,结合俄国时代特征和国情特点,分析了现代化的基本概念,立足俄国实际阐述了俄国现代化道路的发展逻辑。按照现代化逻辑,列宁系统分析了俄国实现政治现代化、文化现代化、经济现代化面临的问题、原因及对策。系统梳理列宁“政治遗嘱”中的现代化战略思想,在理论上可以丰富马克思主义现代化理论,在实践上对党的十九届五中全会确定的全面建设社会主义现代化国家战略目标具有重要的启示价值。How to realize socialism modernization is a question that Lenin has been thinking about since he took office.In the“political will”dictated in the last years of his life,Lenin expressed many insightful arguments on the strategy of socialism modernization.On the basis of inheriting the modernization theory of Marx and Engels,combining with the characteristics of the times and national conditions in Russia,Lenin analyzed the basic concept of modernization and expounded the development logic of Russia's modernization road based on Russian reality.According to the logic of modernization,Lenin systematically discussed these problems,causes and strategic countermeasures in Russia's realization of political modernization,cultural modernization,and economic modernization.A systematic review of the modernization strategy thought in Lenin s“political will”can enrich the modernization theory of Marxism in theory.In practice,it has important value to the strategic goal of building a socialism modern country in an all-round way determined by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.
