沙库巴曲缬沙坦对急性心肌梗死后严重心力衰竭患者的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析沙库巴曲缬沙坦对急性心肌梗死后严重心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法100例急性心肌梗死后严重心力衰竭患者,使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组使用缬沙坦胶囊治疗,观察组使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。对比两组治疗后心功能指标[左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)以及左心室射血分数(LVEF)]、呼吸困难和全身状况评分。结果观察组LVESD(48.76±5.26)mm、LVEDD(44.23±6.01)mm、LVEF(43.98±3.15)%均优于对照组的(53.17±3.38)mm、(50.19±5.63)mm、(33.16±3.72)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸困难评分(1.76±0.35)分、全身状况评分(1.23±0.32)分均低于对照组的(3.55±0.29)、(2.37±0.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心肌梗死后严重心力衰竭患者使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗能够取得比较好的效果,可显著改善患者的心功能及呼吸困难、全身状态情况,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of sacubitril and valsartan on patients with severe heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with severe heart failure after acute myocardial infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan capsules,and the observation group was treated with sacubitril and valsartan.Both groups were compared in terms of cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],dyspnea and systemic status scores after treatment.Results The LVESD(48.76±5.26)mm,LVEDD(44.23±6.01)mm,and LVEF(43.98±3.15)%of the observation group were better than(53.17±3.38)mm,(50.19±5.63)mm,and(33.16±3.72)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dyspnea score(1.76±0.35)points and the general condition score(1.23±0.32)points of the observation group were lower than(3.55±0.29)and(2.37±0.26)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of severe heart failure patients after acute myocardial infarction,the combination of sacubitril and valsartan has good effect,and it can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,reduce the probability of dyspnea and the whole body state of patients,which is worth popularizing.
