利伐沙班抗凝治疗心房颤动合并脑栓塞患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析心房颤动合并脑栓塞患者采用利伐沙班抗凝治疗的临床效果。方法60例心房颤动合并脑栓塞患者,按治疗方式不同分为观察组及对照组,每组30例。观察组接受利伐沙班抗凝治疗,对照组接受华法林抗凝治疗。比较两组疗效、凝血指标[血小板计数(PLT)、国际标准化比值(INR)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)]及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的70.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PLT、INR低于对照组,APTT、PT短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3.33%低于对照组的6.67%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论临床可采用利伐沙班治疗心房颤动合并脑栓塞疾病,患者凝血指标得到更好改善,其安全高效。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of rivaroxaban anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation and cerebral embolism.Methods A total of 60 patients with atrial fibrillation and cerebral embolism were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received rivaroxaban anticoagulation therapy,and the control group received warfarin anticoagulation therapy.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,coagulation indexes[platelet count(PLT),international normalized ratio(INR),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT)],and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate 93.33% of the observation group was higher than 70.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PLT and INR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the APTT and PT in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.33% in the observation group was lower than 6.67% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Rivaroxaban can be used in the treatment of atrial fibrillation complicated with cerebral embolism,and the coagulation indexes of patients can be better improved,which is safe and efficient.
