阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并糖尿病的价值

摘　　要：目的分析阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并糖尿病的价值。方法100例高血压合并糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林治疗,观察组患者给予阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压(舒张压、收缩压)、血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]、生活质量评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的舒张压、收缩压、FBG、2 h PG、生活质量评分均较治疗前改善,观察组舒张压、收缩压、FBG、2 h PG均显著低于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率98.00%(49/50)高于对照组的80.00%(40/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发生不良反应。结论阿司匹林联合阿托伐他汀治疗高血压合并糖尿病效果确切,可改善患者的血糖和血压,提高患者的生活质量,药理安全性高。Objective To analyze the value of aspirin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,and patients in the observation group were treated with aspirin combined with atorvastatin.Both groups were compared in terms of blood pressure(diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure),blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)],and quality of life scores before and after treatment,clinical efficacy,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,FBG,2 h PG,and quality of life scores of the two groups were better than those of this group before treatment;the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,FBG and 2 h PG of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 98.00%(49/50)of the observation group was higher than 80.00%(40/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Aspirin combined with atorvastatin is effective in treating hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus.It can improve blood glucose,blood pressure and the quality of life of patients,and has high pharmacological safety.
