双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析双歧三联活菌片联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法80例小儿腹泻患儿,采用随机数字表法分为单药干预组和联合用药组,每组40例。单药干预组患儿给予蒙脱石散治疗,联合用药组患儿在单药干预组基础上增加双歧三联活菌片治疗。比较两组康复时间(恶心呕吐消失时间、发热症状消失时间、腹泻消失时间、大便恢复正常时间、住院时间)、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后相关炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]。结果联合用药组恶心呕吐消失时间、发热症状消失时间、腹泻消失时间、大便恢复正常时间、住院时间分别为(1.21±0.11)、(1.21±0.12)、(3.19±0.22)、(4.21±1.21)、(6.01±1.45)d,短于单药干预组的(2.56±0.21)、(2.45±0.24)、(4.25±1.18)、(6.56±2.12)、(8.25±2.18)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合用药组总有效率为95.00%(2/40),高于单药干预组的75.00%(30/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平均低于本组治疗前,且联合用药组低于单药干预组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论蒙脱石散联合双歧三联活菌片对于小儿腹泻的治疗效果确切,可有效控制病情,加速症状的消失,有利于提高疗效,缩短疗程,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effect of live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets combined with montmorillonite powder on infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 cases of infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into single-drug intervention group and combined-drug group by random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Children in the single-drug intervention group were treated with montmorillonite powder,and children in the combined-drug group were additionally treated with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets on the basis of the single-drug intervention group.Both groups were compared in terms of recovery time(nausea and vomiting disappearance time,fever symptom disappearance time,diarrhea disappearance time,stool recovery time,hospitalization time),therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and body-related inflammatory indicators[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)].Results The nausea and vomiting disappearance time,fever symptom disappearance time,diarrhea disappearance time,stool recovery time,and hospitalization time of the combineddrug group were(1.21±0.11),(1.21±0.12),(3.19±0.22),(4.21±1.21),and(6.01±1.45)d,which were shorter than(2.56±0.21),(2.45±0.24),(4.25±1.18),(6.56±2.12),and(8.25±2.18)d in the single-drug intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combined-drug group was 95.00%(2/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the single-drug intervention group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP,and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the combined-drug group was lower than the single-drug intervention group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion Montmorillonite powder combined with live combined bifidobacterium and lactobacillus tablets is effect
