摘 要:目的探究蓝光照射结合白蛋白治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效及对患儿症状的改善情况。方法87例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿,随机分为蓝光联合退黄中药组(43例)与蓝光联合白蛋白治疗组(44例)。蓝光联合退黄中药组给予蓝光联合利胆退黄的中药,联合白蛋白治疗组给予蓝光结合白蛋白治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后胆红素水平、不良反应发生情况、蓝光照射时间、相应症状缓解时间。结果蓝光联合白蛋白治疗组治疗总有效率为93.18%高于蓝光联合退黄中药组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1 d后及治疗2 d后,蓝光联合白蛋白治疗组患者胆红素水平均低于蓝光联合退黄中药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蓝光联合白蛋白治疗组不良反应发生率为6.82%低于蓝光联合退黄中药组的46.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蓝光联合退黄中药组蓝光照射时间为(4.20±0.73)d,蓝光联合白蛋白治疗组蓝光照射时间为(3.08±0.56)d。蓝光联合白蛋白治疗组蓝光照射时间短于蓝光联合退黄中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。蓝光联合白蛋白治疗组皮肤黄染消失时间及血象水平的白细胞数恢复正常时间均短于蓝光联合退黄中药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿高胆红素血症患儿采用蓝光、白蛋白综合治疗可提升效果,且患儿出现不良反应明显减少,症状可以快速减轻,是值得临床医师运用及探讨的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the efficacy of blue light irradiation combined with albumin in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and the improvement of children’s symptoms.Methods A total of 87 infants with neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into blue light combined with anti-jaundice Chinese medicine group(43 cases)and blue light combined with albumin treatment group(44 cases).The blue light combined with anti-jaundice Chinese medicine group was treated with blue light and Chinese medicine for choleretic and anti-jaundice,and the blue light combined with albumin treatment group was treated with blue light combined with albumin.The therapeutic effects and bilirubin levels before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions,blue light irradiation time,and corresponding symptom relief time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 93.18% of the blue light combined with albumin treatment group was higher than 76.74% of the blue light combined with anti-jaundice Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 d and 2 d of treatment,the bilirubin levels in the blue light combined with albumin treatment group were lower than those in the blue light combined with anti-jaundice Chinese medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.82%in the blue light combined with albumin treatment group was lower than 46.51% in the blue light combined with anti-jaundice Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blue light irradation time was(4.20±0.73)d in the blue light combined with anti-jaundice Chinese medicine group and(3.08±0.56)d in the blue light combined with albumin treatment group.The blue light irradiation time in the blue light combined with albumin treatment group was shorter than that in the blue light combined with the antijaundice Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dis
