从《眼科奇书》“外障是寒”观点辨析外障病因

摘　　要：“外障是寒”出自《眼科奇书》,该书为清代眼科专著,自流传以来一直以奇方奇效著称,颇受临床医家推崇,所提“外障是寒”之说更是一破主流认知。文章从症状入手,梳理古籍文献中“风热”为外障主因之说,以《眼科奇书》“外障是寒”观点切入,首先从医理角度辨析“外障是寒”之理论渊源,其次从治法角度追寻“外障是寒”之理论依据,最后从方药角度推导出“外障是寒”之理论合理性。综合以上几个方面对《眼科奇书》“外障是寒”观点进行探讨,进而分析外障之病因,以期进一步丰富眼科外障病的理论基础,启发中医眼科的临床治疗思路。The viewpoint of"the etiology of nephelium is cold-pathogen"comes from The Peculiar Book of Ophthalmology,which is a treatise on ophthalmology in the Qing Dynasty.Since its spread,it has been known for its peculiar prescriptions and miraculous effects,and has been highly praised by clinicians.The theory of"the etiology of nephelium is cold-pathogen"is a breakthrough in the mainstream cognition.This paper combed the theory that"wind-heat"was the main cause of nephelium in ancient books and documents.Starting from the viewpoint of"the etiology of nephelium is cold-pathogen"in The Peculiar Book of Ophthalmology,this paper first differentiated and analyzed the theoretical origin of"the etiology of nephelium was cold-pathogen"from the perspective of principles of medical science,then persued the theoretical basis of"the etiology of nephelium was cold-pathogen"from the perspective of treatment,and finally deduced the theoretical rationality of"the etiology of nephelium was cold-pathogen"from the perspective of prescription.Based on the above aspects,this paper discussed the viewpoint of"the etiology of nephelium was cold-pathogen"in The Peculiar Book of Ophthalmology,and then analyzed the etiology of nephelium,in order to further enrich the theoretical basis of external oculopathy and inspire the clinical treatment ideas of ophthalmology of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
