摘　　要：中国建造和运营世界上里程最长、跨度最广、运量最大的高速铁路网络,最有资格做出企业管理理论的世界性贡献。通过反思企业管理者的思维认知、精神状态,贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想和学习一切文明成果的理念,着眼高速时代、数字时代、后疫时代的特征,提出新时代中国铁路特色企业管理理论创新的建议。China has built and operated a high-speed railway network with the longest mileage,the widest span and the largest traffic volume in the world,and is most qualified to make worldwide contributions to railway business management theory.By reflecting on the thinking,cognition and mental state of enterprise managers,implementing the people-centered development thought and the concept of learning all civilized achievements,and focusing on the characteristics of the high-speed era,the digital era and the post epidemic era,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the innovation of enterprise management theory with Chinese railway characteristics in the new era.
