网络信息组织方法信息偶遇特征的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]分析信息偶遇相关理论及背景,探索应用心理学眼动实验方法,更客观地揭示不同网络信息组织方式所体现信息偶遇现象的特征及效果。[方法/过程]应用眼动实验法,对40名被试对象进行眼动实验数据采集,选择总注视时间、首次进入兴趣区用时、注视次数、首次注视时间4个眼动实验指标,对相关数据进行独立样本T检验,观察两种信息分类组织方法对眼动指标的差异化影响。随后对同一批被试对象进行跟进访谈,整理被试对象的偶遇体验和经历。[结果/结论]主题导航的信息分类组织方法和分面分类的信息组织法方法在总注视时间和注视次数上存在显著性差异,通过访谈结果进一步分析,发现主题导航的信息分类组织方法更容易产生偶遇效果。利用跨学科的眼动实验捕捉被试对象的眼动数据,通过客观数据与主观访谈相结合的方法,新颖地展开网络信息组织方法的信息偶遇现象的研究。[Purpose/significance] Analyzing the theory of Information Encountering(IE),and explores adoption of eye movement experiment in psychology to indicate the effects of IE of the networked information organization concerned.[Method/process] Applying eye movement experiment method to collect eye movement data of 40 testees,selecting 4 eye movement indexes of total fixation time,time to first enter the area of interest,number of fixations,first fixation time,conducting independent sample T Test,observing the effect of the two information classification and organization methods on the eye movement index.Follow-up interviews were then conducted with the same batch of testees to sort out their encounterings and experiences.[Result/conclusion] There is a significant difference between the information organization method of subject navigation and faceted classification in the total fixation time,the number of fixations respectively.Through further analysis of the interview results,it is found that the information classification and organization method of subject navigation is more prone to chance encounters.The experimental method was adopted to capture the eye movement data of the testees using an eye tracker.The method of combining objective data with subjective interviews was used to carry out innovative research on information encounters for related networked information organization techniques.
