鞋用胶粘剂中六种挥发性有机物含量的测定

摘　　要：建立气相色谱串联质谱法测定鞋用胶粘剂中六种有害的挥发性有机物(二氯甲烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、1,1,2-三氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、四氯化碳、四氯乙烯)的含量。该方法使用的溶剂为乙酸乙酯。实验表明,在5~200 mg/L范围内,该方法检出限为0.05%,平均加标回收率为85%~107%,相对标准偏差为0.82%~1.24%(n=10)。该方法经过证实可以对胶粘剂中这六种有害的挥发性有机物进行有效测定。A method by using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is established to determine the content of six harmful volatile organic compounds(dichloromethane,1,1,1-trichloroethane,1,1,2-trichloroethane,trichloroethylene,carbon tetrachloride and perchloroethylene) in shoe adhesives. The solvent used in this method is ethyl acetate. The results show that the detection limit of the method is 0.05%, the average recovery is 85 %-107 %, and the relative standard deviation is 0.82%~1.24%(n=10)in the range of 5-200 mg/L. The method is suitable for determination of these six harmful volatile organic compoundsin shoe adhesives.
