摘  要:有机硅材料是当前化学工业重要的新型功能材料,应用在化工、纺织等行业领域能显著地改善相关产品的使用性能。为了开发一种具有优良服用性能的有机硅精细化工产品,使纺织品的柔软、滑爽、光亮等特性显著提高,我们使用八甲基环四硅氧烷、氨乙基氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷等原料进行氨基改性有机硅乳液聚合,在对乳液聚合过程中可能的影响进行分析后,确定了影响氨基改性有机硅微乳液合成的反应温度、反应时间、乳化剂和催化剂用量等参数条件,根据参数条件和实验水平数选择了正交表L_(9)(3^(4)),在正交表的指引下安排实验,并对每组实验的过程和产品性能进行测试,得出了氨基改性有机硅微乳液合成最佳工艺条件:反应温度确定为:80℃,反应时间确定为:5 h,乳化剂用量确定为:5%,催化剂用量确定为0.1%。Silicone material is an important new functional material in the current chemical industry.It can significantly improve the performance of related products in the fields of chemical industry,textile and other industries.In order to develop an organosilicon fine chemical product with excellent wearability,the properties such as softness,smoothness and brightness of textiles have been significantly improved.We use amino acid modified silicone emulsion polymerization with eight methyl ring four siloxane,aminethylpropyl methyl two methoxy silane and so on.The parameters such as reaction temperature,reaction time,emulsifier and catalyst dosage,which affect the synthesis of amino modified silicone microemulsion,were determined.According to the parameters and the number of experimental levels,the orthogonal table L_(9)(3^(4)) was selected.The experiment was conducted under the guidance of the orthogonal table,and the process and product performance of each group were tested.The optimum technological conditions for the synthesis of amino modified organosilicon microemulsion were obtained:the reaction temperature was determined at 80℃,the reaction time was determined as 5 h,the amount of emulsifier was determined as 5%,and the amount of catalyst was determined to be 0.1%.
