摘 要:选择聚丙烯(PP)外卖快餐盒、聚乙烯(PE)保鲜膜、聚苯乙烯(PS)拌面盒、聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料桌布四种废弃塑料制品为研究对象,利用热重法进行热降解动力学研究,并用Kissinger法和Friedman法计算动力学参数值。结果显示:四种废弃塑料制品的起始降解温度均随升温速率的增加而变大,PE的起始降解温度最高,热稳定性最好,其次是PS和PP,PVC制品的热稳定性较差。两种方法求得的表观活化能大小均为PVC<PP<PS<PE,Friedman法求得PP、PE、PS、PVC四种废弃塑料的反应级数分别为0.76,0.73,0.91,1.20。The thermal degradation kinetics of polypropylene(PP)take-away fast-food box,polyethylene(PE)plastic film,polystyrene(PS)brand noodle mix box and polyvinyl chloride(PVC)plastic tablecloth were studied by thermogravimetric method,and kinetic parameters of materials were calculated by Kissinger's method and Friedman's method.The results showed that the initial degradation temperature of four kinds of waste plastics increased with the increase of heating rate.The initial degradation temperature of PE was the highest,followed by PS and PP,and the thermal stability of PVC was poor.The apparent activation energy obtained by the two methods is PVC<PP<PS<PE.The reaction order of PP,PE,PS and PVC waste plastics obtained by Friedman method is 0.76,0.73,0.91 and 1.20,respectively.
