摘 要:对油田采出水曝气工艺氧气传质效率的影响因素进行了探究,明确了提高曝气速度,适当地增加油田采出水中电解质、醇类物质的浓度,可以有效地提高氧气传质效率。同时,保持采出水的酸性环境或是碱性环境也有利于曝气过程中氧气的传质,促使污染物质的氧化。建立了油田采出水曝气氧传质系数经验模型,为曝气工艺设计提供了理论依据。This paper explores the influencing factors of oxygen mass transfer efficiency of oilfield produced water aeration process,and makes it clear that increasing the aeration speed and appropriately increasing the concentration of electrolytes and alcohols in oilfield produced water can effectively improve the oxygen mass transfer efficiency.At the same time,maintaining the acidic or alkaline environment of produced water is also conducive to the mass transfer of oxygen in the aeration process and promote the oxidation of pollutants.An empirical model of aeration oxygen mass transfer coefficient of oilfield produced water is established,which provides a theoretical basis for aeration process design.
