摘  要:煤制乙二醇技术越来越受到煤化工行业的重视,而草酸酯加氢作为关键步骤,其制备过程中影响因素众多。催化剂载体类型、助催化剂、Cu负载量、还原温度、反应温度、反应压力、氢酯比、空速等都直接影响到乙二醇的选择性和收率。通过对各个因素进行分析,对工业生产具有重要指导意义。The technology of making ethylene glycol from coal was getting more and more attention.Hydrogenation of oxalate esters was an important steps in the technology.But there were a number of influence factors,such as type of catalyst support,promoter,capacity of Cu,reduction temperature,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,the ratio of H2 and oxalate esters,space velocity,and so on.The selectivity and conversion of ethylene glycol were influenced by them.It was certain guiding significance in industry by analyzing influence factors.
