摘  要:近年来,随着石油化工产业的蓬勃发展,在日益巨大的社会消费能力驱使下,大型民营炼化一体化企业如雨后春笋一般在全球落地生根,催生了一大批技术先进、产能巨大的炼化工厂。乙烯下游EO/EG装置产能更是突飞猛进,新增百万吨级环氧乙烷当量(EOE)产能装置相继开工。这些新建装置得益于高产能,高性能催化剂,更优的工艺流程,更低的物耗与能耗,对老旧EO/EG装置的冲击尤为明显,已建成的中小产能的EO/EG装置迫于生产成本劣势,扩能改造迫在眉睫。武汉某石油化工有限公司15~28万t/a EO/EG装置于2013年7月投产,2016年进行了扩能改造,由于当地炎热的气候条件,每逢夏季均出现了环氧乙烷吸收段水温度高于设计温度37℃的现象,引发环氧乙烷吸收不完全、装置生产效率低下的情况。本文通过分析工厂运行数据,论证EO吸收水温度过高的原因,提出了增加一台冰机冷却吸收水的方案,确保吸收水温度在37℃以下,以彻底地解决这一问题,保证装置高效、稳定生产。In recent years,with the booming development of the petrochemical industry,driven by increasingly huge social consumption capacity,large-scale private refining and chemical integration enterprises have mushroomed in the world,giving birth to a large number of advanced technology and huge capacity of refining and chemical plants.Ethylene downstream EO/EG plant capacity is advancing rapidly.The new million tons of ethylene oxide equivalent(EOE)capacity units have been started.These new installations benefit from high capacity,high performance catalysts,better process flow,lower material and energy consumption,especially the impact on the older EO/EG installations.The small and medium capacity EO/EG devices that have been built are forced by the disadvantage of production cost,so it is urgent to expand and transform.A petrochemical CO.,LTD.,Wuhan 150/280kta EO/EG plant in July 2013 and put into operation,revamping/expansion of the 2016,because of the hot climatic conditions,every summer in the epoxy ethane absorption section of the water temperature is higher than the design temperature of 37℃phenomenon,caused by ethylene oxide absorption is not complete,factory production efficiency is low.By analyzing the operation data of the factory,this paper demonstrates the reason why EO absorption water temperature is too high,and puts forward a plan of adding an ice machine to cool and absorb water to ensure that the absorption water temperature is below 37℃,so as to thoroughly solve this problem and ensure the efficient and stable production of the plant.
