摘　　要：为了解决民营小企业生产过程中信息统计难、计数难这一问题,设计了一种小铸件生产线通用生产信息统计装置,装置主要分为控制部分、检测部分、无线传输部分和显示部分。选择STC89C52单片机为主控芯片,用DS1302实现时分秒年月日的计时功能,用两组2片74LS148集联而成的16线-4线编码器实现26个英文字母、0-9数字和下划线等符号的输入,并设置相应的输入启动、删除、确认、功能转换按键,实现产品信息的输入;用博光50-NK光电开关实现对产品的计数功能并用NE555组成的单稳态触发器对原始波形进行滤波,用LCD1602液晶显示屏将时间、信息、数量进行实时显示,最后由无线收发模块HC-12定时将信息传给上位机。经过模拟仿真和模型实物实验验证,本设计能达到预设功能,而且该装置体积小、成本低。In order to solve the problem of difficult information statistics and counting in the production process of private small enterprises, a general production information statistics device for small casting production line is designed,which is divided mainly into control part, detection part, wireless transmission part and display part. Choose STC89C52 single-chip microcomputer as a main control chip, using DS1302 implementation minutes timing function(date),(month),(year), 2 slices with two groups of 74 LS148 cascade of 16 line to 4 line encoder 26 English letters, 0-9, Numbers and underscore symbols such as input, and set up the corresponding input start, delete, confirmation, function conversion button, realize product information input;The boguang 50-nk photoelectric switch is used to realize the counting function of the product and the monostable trigger composed of NE555 is used to filter the original waveform. The LCD1602 liquid crystal display screen is used to display the time, information and quantity in real time. Finally, the wireless transceiver module HC-12 will transmit periodically the information to the upper computer. After the simulation and model experiment, the design can achieve the preset function, and the device is small in size and low cost.
