自拟清热消痤方联合光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮疗效分析  

Analysis of the Effect of Self-made Qingre Xiaocuo Prescription Combined with Photodynamic Therapy in Patients with Moderate to Severe Acne

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟清热消痤方联合光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮患者的临床及美容修复效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月重庆市黔江中心医院皮肤科收治的60例中重度痤疮患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予光动力疗法进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予自拟清热消痤方治疗,两组均持续治疗6个月。比较两组治疗6个月后的疗效,治疗前、治疗3个月、6个月后的皮损积分、生活质量,治疗前后的血清炎性因子水平及治疗期间的不良反应发生率。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(93.33%vs 73.33%,P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗3个月、6个月后,两组GAGS、DLQI评分均呈逐渐降低趋势,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗6个月后两组血清IL-4、IL-17、TNF-α水平均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(6.67%vs 30.00%,P<0.05)。结论:自拟清热消痤方联合光动力疗法可明显减轻中重度痤疮患者的炎症反应,改善皮损症状,提高患者生活质量,进而有助于提高疗效,且具有较高安全性。Objective To explore the effect of self-made Qingre Xiaocuo prescription combined with photodynamic therapy in patients with moderate to severe acne.Methods A total of 60 patients with moderate to severe acne who were admitted to the department of dermatology,Qianjiang central hospital in Chongqing from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the treatment group,the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with photodynamic therapy,and the treatment group was treated with self-made Qingre Xiaocuo prescription on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.The efficacy after 6 months of treatment,the skin lesion and the quality of life scores before and after 3,6 months of treatment,the serum inflammatory factor levels before and after 6 months of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate after 6 months of treatment in the treatment group(93.33%)was higher than the control group(73.33%,P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 3,6 months of treatment,the GAGS and DLQI scores in the two groups showed a gradual decrease,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after 6 months of treatment,the serum IL-4,IL-17 and TNF-αlevels in the two groups decreased,the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the treatment group(6.67%)was lower than the control group(30.00%,P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Qingre xiaocuo prescription combined with photodynamic therapy could significantly reduce the inflammatory response of patients with moderate to severe acne,improve the symptoms of skin lesions,and improve the quality of life,thereby helping to improve the efficacy and with higher safety.
