摘　　要：目的:探讨Cameron适时理论指导下全程护理干预在面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月105例面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形患者,简单随机分为研究组54例和对照组51例。对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取Cameron适时理论指导下全程护理干预。干预8周后评价瘢痕恢复效果、自护能力量表(ESCA)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)评分。结果:干预8周后,研究组的瘢痕恢复总有效率为79.63%,高于对照组的58.82%(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组的ESCA评分、CD-RISC评分均明显提高,SAS和SDS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);并且研究组的ESCA评分、CD-RISC评分高于对照组,SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:面颈部烧伤后瘢痕整形患者应用Cameron适时理论指导下全程护理干预能促进瘢痕恢复,提高自护能力,改善不良心理情绪,值得临床推广。Objective This research aims to investigate the application effect of Cameron timely theory guided whole-course nursing intervention in patients undergoing scar surgery after facial and neck burns.Methods Totally 105 patients who underwent scar surgery after facial and neck burns between March 2020 and March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=54)and control group(n=51).The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received Cameron timely theory guided whole-course nursing intervention.After 8 weeks of intervention,the effect of scar recovery,exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,and Connor Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)score were evaluated.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,the total effective rate of scar recovery in the study group was 79.63%,higher than 58.82%in the control group(P<0.05).The ESCA scores and CD-RISC scores were significantly increased,and the SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had significantly higher ESCA scores and CD-RISC scores,and significantly lower SAS scores and SDS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Cameron timely theory guided whole-course nursing intervention can promote the recovery of scars,improve self-care ability,and relieve negative emotions of patients undergoing scar surgery after facial and neck burns.
