摘　　要：大麻二酚(Cannabidiol,CBD)为大麻提取物中的一种非成瘾性活性成分,是目前研究最热门的植物源性大麻素之一。其能够修复紫外线、环境污染物或其它来源导致的自由基受损,经皮肤吸收后可起到舒缓肌肤、维持皮肤最佳状态的功能。CBD可抑制皮脂腺细胞的皮脂分泌和增殖、多种促炎细胞因子的产生,并已被证明具有抗氧化、抗菌、镇痛以及抗炎、调节细胞周期和免疫细胞等作用。另外,CBD还可与内源性大麻素系统受体产生作用以发挥其优异特性。本文就CBD在抗氧化和抗紫外线、抗炎和免疫调节、细胞增殖和抗凋亡、抗菌、镇痛以及与内源性大麻素系统的作用机理等方面进行详细综述。Cannabidiol(CBD),a non-addictive active ingredient in cannabis extract,is one of the most popular plant-derived cannabinoids in research at present.It can repair free radical damage caused by ultraviolet light,environmental pollutants or other sources,and can soothe the skin and maintain the best condition of the skin after absorption.CBD can inhibit sebum secretion and proliferation of sebaceous gland cells and the production of a variety of pro-inflammatory cytokines,and has been shown to have antioxidant,antibacterial,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,as well as to regulate cell cycle and immune cells.In addition,CBD can also interact with receptors of the endocannabinoid system to exert its excellent properties.In this paper,CBD’s role in antioxidant and UV resistance,anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory,cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis,antibacterial,analgesic effect,and the mechanism of action between CBD and the endocannabinoid system will be reviewed in detail.
