摘  要:目的寻找一种能真实模拟手术的血管吻合模型,为神经外科医生提供手术情境的血管吻合训练。方法记录牛脑各级血管的直径;进行端-侧、侧-侧及端-端血管吻合训练;进行蛛网膜分离、解剖性脑回切除训练。结果通过牛脑血管吻合训练能熟练掌握蛛网膜分离、脑血管解剖分离、各种血管吻合术式和脑回的解剖性切除,促使技能及心理状态能够快速提升。结论通过显微镜下进行牛脑血管吻合训练和显微镜下解剖操作,能够快速提升血管吻合技能并且进入临床手术状态,缩短血管吻合手术心理接受时程,为临床打下坚实基础。Objective To find a vascular anastomosis model that can realistically simulate surgery,so as to provide neurosurgeons with vascular anastomosis training in a surgical context.Methods The diameters at all levels of the bovine cerebral vessels were recorded.The end-to-side,side-to-side and end-to-end vascular anastomosis training was performed,and arachnoid separation and anatomical gyrus resection training were also conducted.Results The bovine cerebral vascular anastomosis training enabled neurosurgeons to proficiently master the operations in arachnoid separation,anatomical separation of cerebral vessels,various vascular anastomosis procedures and anatomical resection of cerebral gyrus,and thereby promoting the rapid improvement of their skills and mental status.Conclusion Bovine cerebral vascular anastomosis training and anatomical operation under the microscope can rapidly improve the skills of neurosurgeons in vascular anastomosis and enter into clinical surgery,and shorten the psychological acceptance time for patients with vascular anastomosis surgery,so as to lay a solid foundation f or clinical practice.
