摘　　要：丹皮酚,亦称牡丹酚,是提取于中药牡丹皮或徐长卿干燥根茎中的一种活性物质,临床使用广泛,现代研究表明其具有一定的解热、抗炎、镇静、镇痛等多种药理作用,是近年实验研究的热点问题。为了更好地探究丹皮酚是如何发挥其抗炎效果,本研究收集近5年来关于丹皮酚的实验相关研究文献,分析最新的研究动态,探讨其对于关节炎、强直性脊柱炎、牙周炎、急性胰腺炎、子宫内膜炎、结肠炎等疾病的抗炎作用和抗炎机制,并进行归纳总结,做一简要综述,以便为今后的研究提供参考。Paeonol,also known as The peony phenol,is an active substance extracted from the cortex moutan or the dried rhizome of Xu Changqing.It is widely used in clinical practice.Modern studies have shown that paeonol has a certain antipyretic,anti-inflammatory,sedative,analgesic and other pharmacological effects,which has become a hot issue in recent years.In order to better explore is how to play its anti-inflammatory effect were,this paper collected nearly five years of experiment were related research literature,analysis of the latest developments in research,explore its for arthritis,mandatory spondylitis,periodontitis,acute pancreatitis,endometritis,the anti-inflammatory effects of the disease such as colitis and anti-inflammatory mechanism,and to sum up,a brief review,in order to provide reference for fu ture research.
