摘　　要：为了提高检索系统的检索效率,满足市场内更多体育爱好者对赛事视频的检索需求,开展基于OpenCV-Python的体育赛事视频检索系统设计研究。首先,考虑到体育赛事视频与其他视频之间的差异,选择ONVIF356-8950型号的4K高清网络视频数据解码处理器,选用RS485接口执行器作为其重要接口;其次,搭建系统检索操作环境,提取体育赛事视频相似播放帧图像,对成果进行边缘检测;最后,进行对比实验。实验结果表明,在输入相同检索关键词的条件下,该系统的有效检索量更高,且检索结果反馈时间更短。In order to improve the retrieval efficiency of the retrieval system and meet the demand of more sports fans for the video retrieval of sports events in the market, the research on the design of the video retrieval system of sports events based on OpenCV-Python is carried out. Firstly, considering the difference between sports event video and other videos, ONVIF356-8950 4K HD network video data decoding processor is selected, and RS485 interface actuator is selected as its important interface;Secondly,build the system retrieval operation environment, extract the similar playing frame image of sports event video, and detect the edge of the results;Finally, a comparative experiment is carried out. Experiments show that, under the condition of inputting the same search keywords, the designed system has higher effective retrieval quantity and shorter feedback time of retrieval results.
