摘 要:本文通过分析数控加工工艺与编程课程特点、人才培养方向以及课程现状,针对现有教学环境存在的问题,研究了虚拟工厂对数控加工工艺与编程课程教学的作用及意义。通过虚拟工厂,不仅能够解决数控教学过程中教学经费不足、设备短缺、维修不便以及危险性大等问题,而且还能将理论知识与实际机床加工紧密结合,帮助学生掌握以一个订单为中心的各种生产环节,使其所学得到有效验证,激发学生的学习兴趣并提高相应的数控机床操作能力,为以后从事数控工作奠定基础。By analyzing the characteristics of CNC machining technology and programming courses, the direction of talent training and the current situation of the courses, and aiming at the problems existing in the existing teaching environment, this paper studies the role and significance of virtual factories in the teaching of CNC machining technology and programming courses. Through the virtual factory, it can not only solve the problems of insufficient teaching funds, shortage of equipment, inconvenient maintenance and great danger in the process of CNC teaching, but also can closely combine theoretical knowledge with actual machine tool processing to help students master each order centered on one order. This kind of production link can effectively verify what they have learned, stimulate students’ interest in learning and improve the corresponding CNC machine tool operation ability, and lay the foundation for future CNC work.
