摘 要:为应对加氢裂化原料油的重质化及劣质化,分别以高干点伊朗减压馏分油和天津石化减压馏分油为原料油,通过试验确定适宜从高干点原料多产中间馏分油型加氢裂化催化剂的Y型分子筛与β型分子筛,并确定了两种分子筛的最优相对含量。将Y-β复合分子筛作为催化剂的主要酸性组分,钨、镍为加氢组分制得催化剂Yβ;。实验结果表明,与纯Y型加氢裂化催化剂相比,在反应条件相同、转化率相近时,Yβ;催化剂的反应温度更低、中油选择性约高1百分点,喷气燃料和柴油产品品质优良,尾油BMCI值(芳烃指数)较低。Yβ;催化剂性能稳定,是一种优异的适用于高干点原料多产中间馏分油型加氢裂化催化剂。In order to deal with the heavy and inferior hydrocracking feedstock, taking Iranian VGO and Tianjin Petrochemical VGO with high dry point as feedstock respectively, the Y zeolite and β zeolite of hydrocracking catalyst suitable for producing more middle distillate from high dry point feedstock are determined through experiments, and the optimal relative content of the two is determined. The catalyst Yβ;is prepared with Y-β composite zeolite as the main acidic component and tungsten-nickel as the hydrogenation phase. When the reaction conditions are the same and the conversion is similar, experiments are carried out with the above two feedstock respectively. The results show that, compared with the hydrocracking catalyst with pure Y zeolite as the main acidic component, the reaction temperature of catalyst Yβ;is lower, the selectivity to the middle distillate is about 1 percentage point higher, the quality of jet fuel and diesel products is good, and BMCI of tail oil is low. Yβ;composite zeolite catalyst is a promising hydrocracking catalyst with excellent performance and high stability, which is suitable for more middle distillate from high dry point feedstock.
