摘  要:以轮毂减速器中的NGW型行星轮系为研究对象,建立考虑齿面摩擦的十自由度动力学模型,并推导了动力学方程。通过ADAMS仿真得到齿轮之间的接触力,分析了有无齿面摩擦情况下浮动结构以及输入转速、载荷、摩擦因数对行星轮系均载特性的影响。结果表明:不论有无齿面摩擦,双浮动结构的均载性能优于单浮动结构和无浮动结构;系统均载系数随输入转速的增加而增加,随载荷的增加而减小,随摩擦因数的增加而小幅度变化。Taking the NGW planetary gear train in the hub reducer as the research object,a 10-degree-of-freedom dynamic model considering tooth surface friction is established,and the dynamic equation is derived.The contact force between gears was obtained through ADAMS simulation,and the influence of floating structure,input speed,load,and friction coefficient on the load sharing char⁃acteristics of the planetary gear system with or without tooth surface friction was analyzed.The results show that,regardless of tooth sur⁃face friction,the double floating structure is better than the other two structures;the system load sharing factor increases with the in⁃crease of the input speed,decreases with the increase of the load,and changes slightly with the increase of the friction coefficient.
