摘  要:飞机尾橇缓冲装置是飞机最小离地速度试飞中的核心装置,其关键在于缓冲性能的优劣,而缓冲性能则取决于其中的阻尼油孔的设计。采用的阻尼油孔的型式为“等直径变距离”的分布式变油孔。通过MSC.ADAMS和AMESim联合仿真计算对油孔直径参数进行优化,结果表明:优化后的阻尼油孔产生的缓冲效率更高,阻尼峰值力更低,性能更为优异。The tail buffer device is the core device in the minimum take-off speed flight test.The key is the performance of the buffer,which depends on the design of the damping oil orifice.The type of damping oil orifice adopted was distributed variable oil orifice with constant diameter and variable distance.The parameters of oil orifice diameter were optimized by MSC.ADAMS and AMESim co-simulation.The results show that the optimized damping oil orifice has higher buffering efficiency,lower peak damping force and better performance.
