摘 要:油箱作为垃圾处理设备液压系统的主要散热主体,其散热性能对液压系统的工作性能影响很大。通过计算垃圾处理设备压缩工位散热,得出环境温度分别为25、30、35℃时油液的温升曲线。建立油箱三维模型,利用ANSYS的Fluent模块进行仿真分析,得出有无石墨烯涂层时油箱温度的变化曲线。结果表明:不同初始温度下,石墨烯涂层的使用能够降低油箱达到热平衡时的温度,但对达到平衡温度的时间影响很小。The oil tank is the main heat dissipation component of the hydraulic system of garbage disposal equipment,and the heat dissipation performance directly affects the performance of the entire hydraulic system.By calculating the heat dissipation of the compression station in the garbage disposal equipment,the temperature rise curve of the oil under different ambient temperatures was obtained.A three-dimensional model of the fuel tank was established,and the Fluent module of ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze the temperature change curve of the fuel tank with or without graphene coating.The results show that under different initial temperatures,the use of graphene coating can reduce the temperature when the oil tank reaches thermal equilibrium,but has little effect on the time to reach the equilibrium temperature.
