高压断路器触头温升在线检测装置的研究与实现

摘　　要：高压断路器是分断负荷的重要设备,通常在断路器进出端均安装有动静触头进行隔离,但是断路器触头受安装方式和工作电流的影响会出现触头发热,严重时会引起断路器触头烧毁。为了实时监测断路器触头发热情况,提出利用电场取电技术和无线通信技术,结合温度传感器,研制了断路器触头温升在线监测装置。结果表明:装置可以实时监测断路器触头温升,做到提前预警,对保障供电安全具有重要的意义。High-voltage circuit breaker is the important equipment for breaking loads.Usually,static and dynamic contacts are installed at the inlet and outlet ends of the circuit breaker for isolation.However,the contacts of the circuit breaker are affected by the installation method and working current.The influence will cause the contacts to become hot,and in severe cases,it will cause the circuit breaker contacts to burn.In order to monitor the thermal condition of the contacts of the circuit breaker in real time,it was proposed to use electric field powering technology and wireless communication technology,combined with temperature sensors,to develop an online monitoring device for the temperature rise of contacts of the circuit breaker.The test results prove that the device can monitor the temperature rise of the circuit breaker’s contacts in real time and achieve early warning,which is of great significance for ensuring the safety of power supply.
