我院麻醉性镇痛药物用药趋势分析与合理性评价

摘　　要：目的:分析我院麻醉性镇痛药物的用药趋势并进行合理性评价,为癌痛规范化治疗、麻醉药品的合理使用和管理提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,从药品的消耗量、消耗金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)以及药品排序比(B/A)等方面对我院2018—2020年麻醉性镇痛药物使用情况进行对比分析。结果:我院用于癌痛治疗的麻醉性镇痛药中,强阿片类缓释片羟考酮缓释片40 mg、羟考酮缓释片10 mg、芬太尼透皮贴剂在消耗量、销耗金额、DDDs、DDC方面排序始终位居前列,吗啡缓释片略后,芬太尼、瑞芬太尼针、舒芬太尼针、哌替啶针排序较为靠后。结论:通过癌痛规范化治疗示范病房的创建,我院麻醉性镇痛药品使用基本合理,但仍存在一些不足,后续仍需加强癌痛规范化治疗和麻醉性镇痛药合理使用方面的培训和用药指导,促进麻醉性镇痛药物的合理使用。Objective:To analyze the trend of narcotic analgesics used in our hospital and to evaluate the rationality,so as to provide references for the standardized treatment of cancer pain,rational use and management of narcotic drugs.Methods:Using the method of retrospective study,the consumption amount,sales amount,DDDs,DDC and B/A of narcotic analgesics from 2018 to 2020 were statistically analyzed.Results:The consumption volume,consumption amount,DDDs and DDC of narcotic analgesics used for cancer pain treatment in our hospital were analyzed,andprolonged-release tables of opioids(oxycodone 40 mg,oxycodone 10 mg)and fentanyl transdermal system were ranked in the toplist,while fentanyl,remifentanil,sufentanil and pethidine injections ranked at a low level after morphine sustained release tables.Conclusion:Through the establishment of demonstration ward of standardized treatment of cancer pain,the use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there are still some deficiencies.By strengthening training on standardized treatment of cancer pain and approriate use of narcotic analgesics,we can promote the rational use of narcotic analgesics.
