摘  要:卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)技术是针对男性因素不育最为有效的方法之一,而男性因素不育主要涉及到少、弱、畸精子症等。不同质量的精子与ICSI受精、胚胎质量、着床以及临床妊娠均有着直接的关联,选择形态结构以及功能正常的精子是提高临床结局的有效方法。在精液分析结果的基础上,必须选择和应用正确的精子选择技术。本文就精子的优选方法如低渗肿胀试验、激光辅助的不动精子选择、偏振光显微镜选择、运动精子细胞器形态学检查、透明质酸介导的精子选择、磁性活化细胞分选法等方法作一综述,探讨不同精子选择策略及其对辅助生殖技术(ART)结果的影响以及每种方法的优缺点,以便为胚胎实验室进行ICSI提供最优质的精子,改善临床结局。Intracytoplasmic single sperm injection(ICSI)is one of the most effective methods for treatment of male infertility,which mainly involves oligozoospermia,asthenospermia and teratospermia,etc.Different quality of sperm is directly related to ICSI fertilization,embryo quality,implantation and clinical pregnancy,and the selection of sperm with normal morphology,structure and function is an effective method to improve clinical outcome.Based on the semen analysis results,the correct sperm selection technique must be chosen and applied.This paper reviews the methods of optimizing sperm,such as hypotonic swelling test,laser-assisted immobile sperm selection,polarized light microscope selection,morphological examination of motile sperm organelles,hyaluronic acid mediated sperm selection,magnetic activated cell sorting method and so on,and explore different sperm selection strategies and their impact on the clinical outcome of assisted reproductive technology(ART),as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each approach,in order to provide the best quality of sperm for ICSI in embryo laboratory and improve clinical outcome.
