摘　　要：通过分析大学生心理问题引发严重事件的深层次原因,研究发现:家庭综合素质教育缺失、无法融入新校园生活、社会不良文化冲击和影响等主要因素导致一些大学生产生心理异常问题。在心理问题没有得到及时疏通的情况下,心理问题长期累积后在一定条件下得到激化,导致学生引发过激行为而造成严重事件。因此,大学生心理健康教育,已成为新形势下大学生教育的重要工作。提出以“创建健康环境、沟通疏导防范”的策略,从创造良好的校园生活环境、建立心理咨询机构、加强校园文化建设、倡导健康生活方式、打造社会健康教育环境、提高学生心理异常控制能力等方面提出对策建议,希冀为促进大学生心理健康教育提供理论指导和实践借鉴。Through the analysis of the deep-seated reasons for the frequent occurrence of malignant injuries in colleges and universities,the study found that some colleges and universities students do not adapt to the new environment,weak interpersonal skills,lack of healthy concept of love,employment pressure and so on,resulting in some colleges and universities students’psychological problems.In the case that the psychological problems are not dredged in time,the psychological problems are intensified under certain conditions after long-term accumulation,resulting in malignant injury events.Therefore,the mental health education of colleges and universities students has become an important work in the new situation.This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of creating a good campus living environment,establishing psychological counseling institutions,strengthening the construction of campus culture,advocating a healthy lifestyle,creating a healthy social health education environment,and improving students’self-protection ability,hoping to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for promoting college students’mental health education.
