摘 要:北京地区对于施工下穿(侧穿)桥梁工况,一般是参考北京市地方标准划分主、次要影响区。该标准在使用中存在两个主要问题:1)拟建工程与桥梁下部结构接近关系判别定义不清;2)拟建工程对桩周土扰动范围按无桩情况套用的适宜性评价。以北京地区某实际工程为依托,采用有限元数值模拟方法和北京市地方标准中规定的方法,分析穿越工程主、次要影响区的分布。模拟结果说明:两种方法分析确定的影响区,在受影响程度方面基本一致,在受影响范围方面不同;施工扰动桩周土的影响,按无桩情况套用该标准的划分方法是基本适用的,但对于有更高精度要求的工程,扩大影响区域范围似乎更加适用;建议相关标准针对侧穿桥梁下部结构工况,进一步明确与桥梁的接近关系判定、两种影响区判定的内容细节。At present,for the construction of underpass(side pass)bridges in Beijing,the main and secondary influence areas are usually divided according to Beijing local standards.However,there are two main problems to be discussed in the application of the standards:1)The definition of proximity relationship between the project and the bridge substructure is unclear;2)The suitability of the practice needs to be evaluated that disturbance range of the soil around piles is determined according to the situation without piles in the planned project.Based on a project in Beijing,this paper analyzes the distribution of the primary and secondary affected areas of the crossing project based on the comparative study of the finite element numerical simulation method and the method specified in Beijing’s local standard.The simulation results show that the affected areas determined by the two methods are basically the same in terms of the affected degree,but different in terms of the affected range.The standard basically fits,but for projects requiring higher precision,it seems more suitable to expand the area of influence.According to the Beijing Local Standard Engineering Requirements for Crossing Existing Road Facilities(DB 11/T 716-2019),there is room for further improvement.For projects side-crossing bridge substructure,issues such as the proximity relationship with the bridge and the determination of the influence zone need to be further clarified.
