医院污水中总余氯标准物质的制备

摘  要:通过对氯胺T溶液储存在不同浓度(1.00 g·L^(-1),0.50 g·L^(-1),0.20 g·L^(-1))、温度(室温、低温(4℃))、介质(水、氨水、丙三醇、乙醇)等条件下的稳定性进行研究,0.20 g·L^(-1)氯胺T-乙醇(密封冷藏)溶液在7 d内减小总浓度的1.55%,确定为最佳研究方案。研制的总余氯标准物质样品瓶间均匀性检验结果总平均值为0.2045 g·L^(-1),相对标准偏差RSD为0.09%;瓶内均匀性结果总平均值为0.2044 g·L^(-1),RSD为0.07%。实验共抽样33瓶,其结果总平均值为0.2045 g·L^(-1),RSD为0.07%。该标准物质样品瓶内均匀性检验及瓶间均匀性检验的相对标准偏差均达到要求,可认为该样品均匀一致。该标准物质在6个月稳定性检验期内,累计测定62次,测定结果总平均值为0.2037 g·L^(-1),总极差为0.0013 g·L^(-1),相对总极差为0.64%,RSD为0.20%,因此认为该标准物质在检验期内具有良好的稳定性和均匀性,可作为总余氯测定过程中的标准物质。By studying the stability of chloramine T solution stored in different concentrations(1.00 g·L^(-1),0.50 g·L^(-1),0.20 g·L^(-1)),temperatures(room temperature,low temperature(4℃)),media(water,ammonia,glycerin,ethanol)and other conditions,0.20 g·L^(-1) chloramine T-ethanol(sealed and refrigerated)solution is identified as the optimal research object,as it reduced the total concentration by 1.55% within 7 days.The experimental results show that the total average of the uniformity between the bottles is 0.2045 g·L^(-1) and the RSD is 0.09%.The total average value of the uniformity in the bottle is 0.2044 g·L^(-1) and the RSD was 0.07%.The total average value between bottles and in the bottle is 0.2045 g·L^(-1),and the RSD is 0.07%.The relative standard deviation of uniformity test in and between the bottles all meet the requirements.During the six months period,the stability was tested 62 times.The average measurement results are 0.2037 g·L^(-1),the range is 0.0013 g·L^(-1),the relative range is 0.64%,and the RSD is 0.20%.This reference sample is stable during the inspection period and can be used as a reference material in the determination of total residual chlorine.
