摘 要:节能减排战略是绿色转型中促进制造业可持续发展的重要措施。本文对芳烃项目加氢装置节能减排技术改造进行安全方面的评估,实施评估的方法按以下步骤构建:前期准备,辨识危险和有害因素,划分评价单元,选择评价方法,定性定量评估,提出安全对措施的建议,安全评价结论。最后将该技术应用于绿色转型中高污染、高能耗、高排放化工企业。最终评估结果证明所应节能减排技术改造的实用性,为促进制造业的可持续性提供了有效的措施。Energy saving and emission reduction strategy is an important measure to promote the sustainable development of manufacturing in the green transformation.This article evaluates the safety aspects of the technical transformation of the hydrogenation unit for the aromatic hydrocarbon project.The method of implementation evaluation is constructed according to the following steps:preliminary preparation,identification of hazards and harmful factors,division of evaluation units,selection of evaluation methods,qualitative and quantitative evaluation,and proposed safety suggestions on measures and conclusions of safety evaluation.Finally,the technology is applied to high pollution,high energy consumption and high emission chemical enterprises in the green transformation.The final evaluation result proved the practicality of the technical transformation of energy saving and emission reduction,and provided effective measures to promote the sustainability of the manufacturing industry.
