长输管道吊管机联合下沟施工工法

摘　　要：随着能源结构的调整,我国对清洁能源的需求量越来越大,天然气管道建设进入了新的发展阶段,而长输管道施工又受地形条件、气候条件和地质条件等诸多条件限制,针对不同自然环境需采用不同的管道施工工艺,选择合适的施工工艺是降低施工难度、缩短施工周期、降低施工成本的必然选择。本长输管道线路工程为背景项目,管线所经地区主要地貌为冲洪积平原地貌,沿线大部分为粉质粘土、粉土、风化岩、块石等地段,管道设计规格为DN600-DN1000,设计压力10MPa,钢管材质X70,为目前国内口径较大的天然气管道。若采取沟上预制沉管下沟无法保证管道的外防腐层安全,若采取沟下组对焊接则施工进度受严重影响,同时增加施工难度和施工费用。针对这种情况,采取沟上大段预制、吊管机联合下沟的作业方式很好地解决了此问题。With the adjustment of energy structure,China's demand for clean energy is increasing,and the construction of natural gas pipeline has entered a new development stage.However,the construction of long-distance pipeline is limited by many conditions such as topographic conditions,climatic conditions and geological conditions.Different pipeline construction processes must be adopted for different natural environments.Selecting appropriate construction processes is the key to reduce the difficulty of construction It is an inevitable choice to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost.The long-distance pipeline project is a background project.The main landform of the area where the pipeline passes through is alluvial proluvial plain landform.Most of the areas along the line are silty clay,silt,weathered rock,block stone and other sections.The design specification of the pipeline is dn600-dn1000,the design pressure is 10MPa,and the steel pipe material is X70.It is a domestic natural gas pipeline with large diameter at present.If the prefabricated immersed pipe on the trench is used to go down the trench,the safety of the external anti-corrosion coating of the pipeline cannot be guaranteed.If the assembly welding under the trench is adopted,the construction progress will be seriously affected,and the construction difficulty and construction cost will be increased.In view of this situation,the operation mode of large section prefabrication on the ditch and joint lowering of pipe crane is adopted to solve this problem.
