摘 要:天然气、煤为原料生产合成氨、甲醇等的工艺过程中,会产生CO_(2)、H_(2)S、COS等酸性气体,这些酸性气体对生产不利,其中硫化物会引起后系统催化剂中毒现象,必须进行脱除。低温甲醇洗技术是一种成熟的净化工艺,以冷甲醇为吸收溶剂,利用其特定条件下的物理特性,选择性脱除原料气中的酸性气体,技术原理是亨利定律,即随着压力的增大,气体在溶剂中的溶解度越大,低温甲醇洗的应用具有广泛性与适应性。In the process of producing synthetic ammonia and methanol with natural gas and coal as raw materials,acid gases such as CO_(2),H_(2)S,COS,etc.are generated.These acid gases are unfavorable to production.Among them,sulfides can cause post-system catalyst poisoning and must be removed.The low-temperature methanol washing technology is a mature purification process.It uses cold methanol as the absorption solvent and uses its physical characteristics under specific conditions to selectively remove acid gases in the raw gas.The technical principle is Henry’s law,that is,with pressure increase,the greater the solubility of the gas in the solvent,the application of low-temperature methanol washing has a wide range and adaptability.
