摘　　要：本文简述了过氧化二异丙苯装置中异丙苯过氧化反应工艺的危险性,从过氧化反应工艺安全控制、反应系统设计、设备的设计选型等方面,对本质安全设计进行探讨分析。The danger of cumene peroxidation process in dicumyl peroxide unit is briefly described.The intrinsic safety design is discussed and analyzed from the aspects of safety control of peroxidation process,design of reaction system and design and selection of equipment.
