摘 要:针对火力发电站锅炉受热面面临的腐蚀吹损失效问题,制备一种先驱体转化陶瓷涂层。首先,按照一定配比获得由陶瓷粉体、玻璃粉、聚合物、溶剂等组成的先驱体转化涂层浆料,球磨混合后,经干燥、烧结制备得到厚度均匀(155.1±2.5μm)的绿色涂层试样。涂层表面结晶情况良好,主要由SiO_(2)、ZrO_(2)及Al_(2)O_(3)组成。将涂层施工于某电站锅炉受热面管壁,运行约4000h,运行期间未出现腐蚀泄露与大块焦渣脱落导致的燃烧不稳定和灭火现象,且涂层整体完好无损,有效阻止了受热面的结焦、结渣风险。Aiming at the problems of corrosion and blowing loss for boiler heating surface in the thermal power plant,a precursor conversion ceramic coating was prepared in this study.Firstly,the precursor conversion coating slurry composed of ceramic powder,glass powder,polymer and solvent was obtained according to a certain ratio.After ball milling and mixing,the green coating sample with uniform thickness(155.1±2.5μm)was prepared by drying and sintering.The coating surface crystallized well,and was mainly composed of SiO_(2)、ZrO_(2)and Al_(2)O_(3).The coating was applied to the heating surface of a boiler of a power station,and the operation lasted for about 4000h.During the operation,there was no instability of com-bustion and fire extinguishing caused by corrosion leakage and large coke slag shedding,and the coating was intact as a whole,effectively preventing the coking and slagging risks of the heating surface.
