摘　　要：农产品价格指数是反映一定时期内农业产业发展以及农产品市场运行变化趋势和程度的经济(统计)指标,是观察、分析和预测农业经济发展以及农产品市场运行的重要工具。通过农产品价格指数,各方参与者可以更加直观地了解农产品市场发展状况,从而有助于促进农业经济的全面健康发展。以当前农产品价格及价格指数相关研究成果为基础,对农产品价格指数的理论依据、编制流程以及方法、应用和前景等进行探讨,并从农产品价格指数的编制发布实行全国统筹、进一步加强农产品价格指数的理论研究工作、注重农产品价格指数在实践中的有效应用等方面提出了加强农产品价格指数编制工作的建议。Agricultural products price index is an economic(statistical)indicator that reflects the development of agricultural industry and the change direction and range of agricultural products market in a certain period,and it is also an important tool to observe,analyze and forecast the development of agricultural economy and the operation of agricultural products market.Through the agricultural products price index,the participants can understand the market development very directly,which contributes to the overall and healthy development of agricultural economy.Based on the current agricultural products price index related research results,the theoretical basis,making process and method,application and prospect of agricultural products price index were discussed,and some suggestions and ideas on making agricultural products price index making were put forward from the national overall management of the agricultural products price index making and release;further strengthening the theoretical research work of agricultural products price index,paying more attention to the effective application of agricultural products price index in practice.
