摘 要:肾缺血-再灌注损伤(renal ischemia-reperfusion injury,RIRI)是由于流向肾脏的血流出现暂时性中断,从而引起肾脏受损,其发病率和病死率较高,但缺乏有效的预防和治疗手段。虽然缺血-再灌注引起的肾损伤发病机制仍不清楚,但越来越多研究发现,核因子-κB(NF-κB)在RIRI中起着重要作用,本文就NF-κB在肾缺血-再灌注中的重要潜在机制及以之为靶点的治疗进展进行综述,以期为今后RIRI治疗提供新思路。Renal ischemia-reperfusion injury(RIRI)is caused by temporary interruption of blood flow to the kidneys,resulting in kidney damage.The incidence rate and mortality are high,but there is no effective prevention and treatment.Although the pathogenesis of renal injury caused by ischemia-reperfusion is still unclear,more and more studies have found that nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)plays an important role in RIRI.In this artical,we review the important potential mechanisms of NF-κB in renal ischemia-reperfusion and the therapeutic progress of NF-κB as target in order to provide new ideas for future treatment.
